What is being built, and what each one looks like today. You would find the current state out in month two anyway, so here it is in month zero.
Engagement and giving data does not yet push to Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud or Salesforce. It is the highest-priority item we have. If your advancement office needs reconciliation from day one, ask us where it stands before you sign anything.
Trivia is delivered in the app today, with responses collected through a linked form and results posted back by an admin. Scoring, streaks and a leaderboard inside the app are the next step for this module.
Alumni offer topics and capacity, mentees raise a hand, and a human makes the introduction. Automatic matching is what turns mentoring from a staffed programme into one that scales on its own.
Giving works today through the in-feed control. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and DAF routing are queued, and they are the options that measurably lift completion rates.
Push notifications reach members who install the app and email reaches everyone else. Texting is the channel that closes the gap on giving days and event reminders.
Location data is already being collected through the verification prompt. The geographic view of where your alumni are gets built on top of it.
In our last release, every item shipped inside ten days of a client asking for it, and not one was deferred. Each traces to a request a client raised in a review session rather than to an internal roadmap meeting. Our release page is a public record of what was asked, what shipped, and what we decided not to build.
