Catalyzr Community has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on any product we build or operate. The standards on this page apply to every application Catalyzr publishes, every white-label community app we deliver to a client tenant, and every web property at catalyzr.community and its subdomains. They are written to satisfy the published-standards requirement of Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Apple's App Review Guideline 1.2, and they reflect our broader commitment to protecting minors who may interact with our platform.
1. Prohibited Conduct and Content
The following are strictly prohibited on every Catalyzr-powered product, regardless of client tenant, region, or feature surface:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any form, including drawn, animated, or computer-generated imagery depicting minors in a sexualized context.
- Sexualization of minors in profiles, posts, comments, direct messages, photos, video, audio, or any other user-generated content.
- Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes, sextortion, grooming behavior, and the sharing or trading of CSAM.
- Identification, doxxing, or facilitation of contact with minors for the purpose of abuse or exploitation.
- Promotion, glorification, or normalization of child sexual abuse, child trafficking, or child exploitation in any form.
These prohibitions apply to all users, all client tenants, and all employees and contractors of Catalyzr, Inc.
2. In-App Reporting Mechanism
Every Catalyzr-powered application provides users with an in-app mechanism to report content, accounts, or conduct that may violate these standards. The reporting flow is available without leaving the app and does not require the reporting user to identify themselves.
Users can report concerns through any of the following paths inside a Catalyzr-powered app:
- The "Report" action available on every post, comment, message, photo, video, and member profile.
- The Help menu in the app's main navigation, which links to a "Report a safety concern" form.
- Direct email to childsafety@catalyzr.com, monitored 24/7 by Catalyzr's Trust & Safety on-call rotation.
Reports of suspected CSAE are routed to a dedicated triage queue, escalated to a human reviewer within one hour during business hours and within four hours outside business hours, and handled in accordance with the response procedures described below.
3. Designated Point of Contact
Catalyzr maintains a designated point of contact to receive notifications from Google Play, Apple, NCMEC, and law enforcement regarding child safety concerns. This contact is positioned to speak to our enforcement procedures and to take action when required.

4. Action on Confirmed CSAM
Once Catalyzr obtains actual knowledge of CSAM on any Catalyzr-powered product, we take the following actions, in this order:
- Remove the offending content from the product within four hours of confirmation.
- Suspend the account responsible for posting, sharing, or transmitting the content, pending a permanent ban after review.
- Preserve the content, account metadata, IP and device identifiers, and timestamps in a secured forensic store for the period required by applicable law and for cooperation with authorities.
- Report the content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, in the manner and within the timeframes required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
- Cooperate with law enforcement requests, including production of preserved content under valid legal process.
- Notify the affected client tenant of the incident and the actions taken, with care to avoid jeopardizing any active investigation.
Accounts found to have engaged in CSAE conduct are permanently banned across all Catalyzr-powered tenants, not only the tenant where the conduct occurred.
5. Compliance With Child Safety Laws
Catalyzr complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where Catalyzr-powered products are made available. This includes but is not limited to:
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
- Compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where the platform interacts with users under 13 in the United States.
- Compliance with Article 28 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) for products available in the European Union.
- Compliance with the United Kingdom's Online Safety Act 2023 illegal-content duties for products available in the United Kingdom.
- Compliance with the Australian Online Safety Act 2021 mandatory industry codes and standards.
- Cooperation with valid legal process from courts and regulators, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants.
Catalyzr does not condition, restrict, or delay reporting of CSAM to NCMEC or to law enforcement based on any commercial, contractual, or tenant relationship.
6. Age and Audience
Catalyzr-powered community applications are designed for adult alumni networks, professional communities, and member organizations. They are not directed at children, are not promoted to children, and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where a client tenant intends to include audiences under 18, the tenant agrees to additional contractual safeguards before launch, and the relevant Catalyzr-powered application is configured to enforce those safeguards at the platform level.
7. Internal Practices
Catalyzr maintains internal practices that support these external standards:
- Employees and contractors with access to user content complete annual training on identifying and handling CSAE.
- Trust & Safety on-call rotation provides 24/7 coverage for child safety escalations.
- All Catalyzr-powered products log moderation actions in an audit trail retained for the period required by law.
- These standards are reviewed at least annually and after any material change to the platform, the law, or the policies of the app stores that distribute Catalyzr-powered apps.
8. Updates to These Standards
Catalyzr may update these standards from time to time to reflect changes in law, in our products, or in the policies of platforms on which Catalyzr-powered apps are distributed. The current version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be summarized in a changelog at the bottom of this page.
